The core holds principles, accessibility, information architecture, and interaction semantics, and it changes deliberately because it carries trust and memory. The system layer of tokens, components, and governance evolves on a regular cadence to keep teams aligned and scalable. At the edges, content, visual expression, motion, and feature behavior iterate quickly with user feedback and market signals. This balance keeps consistency where reliability matters and adaptive where meaning evolves.
